Leen is most known for his expertise in real estate transactions, turnkey projects, project development and tenancy law.

His practice involves all aspects of the real estate industry with particular emphasis on representation of (institutional) investors and project developers in (complex) real estate acquisitions and developments. His clients include some of the most recognized investors and developers such as Aberdeen Standard Investors and Prologis.

He also regularly teaches on real estate transactions, project development and tenancy law.

Rutger advises national and international companies on various property transactions. He specialises on property portfolio transactions and offers particular expertise in the hotel sector.

Rutger draws praise from clients for his "very high commercial awareness, great negotiation skills and outstanding client service." 

Rutger is one of the founding partners of the successful yearly Hotel Investment Seminar, which DLA Piper sponsors together with Hilton Worldwide, CBRE and Full House. 

Hans-Mark is well known for his involvement in many high profile development, lease and property investment transactions, especially in hotels & leisure, retail and residential. He is an extremely powerful dealmaker with 25 years of experience.

The property management and litigation team advised its client, Aberdeen Standard Investments, in letting out a logistics warehouse in Tilburg to Tesla.

This logistics warehouse is located at Gesworenhoekseweg/Dongenseweg in Tilburg and consists of approximately 36,000 m²  warehouse space and 260 parking spaces.
